1. General Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be prepaid.
• We do not accept returns for a change of mind, such as choosing the wrong size, finish, or design, except where a product listing or applicable law provides otherwise.
• This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law. If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, materially different from its description, or delivery is delayed beyond the stated period, contact us so we can review the issue and provide any remedy required by law.
• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 working days after delivery if the product arrived physically damaged, parts or accessories were missing, or you received a product different from the one ordered.

We may not accept a request for buyer’s remorse, including selecting the wrong size, finish, or design, or for a product marked “non-exchangeable,” except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Email hellokursto@gmail.com within the request period. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where relevant.

For an approved exchange, the product should be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories. Package it securely. If the original outer packaging is missing, use suitable packaging to prevent transit damage.

Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and confirm whether return shipping is arranged by us or is your responsibility.

Any deduction or fee will be disclosed in advance and applied only if permitted by law and appropriate to the circumstances. We will not apply an automatic deduction where a product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.

4. Reporting Damage or Missing Items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged or incomplete. Include clear photos or video of the product and packaging, if available.

We will assess the information and explain the available options. Where we confirm an issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair, exchange, or refund, as required by law.

We do not reimburse installation, labour, or other incidental expenses for a replacement unless required by law or agreed in writing.

5. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the order can be stopped.

Any cancellation charge will be disclosed and applied only as permitted by law. If we cancel an order unilaterally, any charge applied to you will be consistent with the charge we bear for cancelling, as required by law.

Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us promptly; any available return or refund will be handled under this policy and applicable law.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider. We will process refunds within the time required by law.
